This Privacy Policy explains how The Living Architecture LLC ("The Living Architecture," "The Source Codes™," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit www.wearethesourcecodes.com, create an account, purchase or access digital products, use The Source Codes Reader™, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

Passwords are managed through our authentication provider. We do not have access to your unencrypted password.

Purchase and Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as:

We do not receive or store your complete credit-card number, security code, or full payment credentials.

Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Customer Support and Email Information

If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message, attachments, account details, purchase information, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

We may use your email address to send:

3.The Source Codes Reader™ Information

The Source Codes Reader™ allows you to enter information about a Current Render, Situation, Charge, Meaning, Active Code, Preferred Render, and related experience.

Reader Content may include information about relationships, money, work, identity, emotional reactions, physical responses, or other personal experiences.

The Online Reader is designed so that Reader entries are not intentionally saved to your member account or retained in The Living Architecture LLC's customer database after your active Reader session.

Reader Content may be processed temporarily through the browser, hosting environment, or technical infrastructure required to operate the Reader. Technical providers may process limited security, performance, or error logs according to their own policies.

We do not intentionally:

  • Use Reader Content for advertising
  • Sell Reader Content
  • Use Reader Content to create marketing profiles
  • Add Reader Content to your customer account
  • Use Reader Content to train public artificial-intelligence models
  • Review Reader Content as part of ordinary website operations

You are responsible for saving, downloading, printing, or taking a screenshot of anything you want to keep before leaving the Reader.

Do not enter:

  • Credit-card or bank-account numbers
  • Government identification numbers
  • Passwords
  • Medical records
  • Detailed treatment information
  • Information you are not authorized to provide
  • Full names or identifying details of other people
  • Information you would not want processed through an online service

Use generalized descriptions where possible.

The Reader is a self-inquiry and educational tool. It does not make medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4.Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use the website, we and our technical providers may automatically collect:

You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies or local storage may prevent account, checkout, translation, or member features from functioning correctly.

6.Google Translate

The public-facing website may offer Google Translate for convenience.

The Google Translate function is provided by Google. When the translation tool loads or is used, Google may receive information such as:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Website URL
  • Language selection
  • Cookies or similar identifiers
  • Content submitted for translation

Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Google Translate is offered on the public-facing website and is not intended to translate information entered into The Source Codes Reader™.

Machine-generated translations may contain errors. The English version of the website, policies, product descriptions, and legal terms controls if a translation differs from the English version.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and business, including:

  • Lovable, for website hosting, deployment, infrastructure, and analytics
  • Supabase, for account authentication, database functions, and access management
  • Stripe, for payments, fraud prevention, refunds, and transaction management
  • Cloudflare or related infrastructure providers, for website delivery, security, and performance
  • Google, for Google Translate, fonts, and related website functionality
  • Email and transactional-message providers
  • Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, and consultants
  • Government agencies or legal authorities, when required by law

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

We may also disclose information:

  • To prevent fraud or security threats

We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell or share Reader Content for advertising or marketing purposes.

If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required notices and choices before the new practice begins.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

Retention periods may include:

  • Account information while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Purchase and transaction records for the period required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and financial laws
  • Support communications for as long as necessary to resolve issues and maintain business records
  • Security and technical logs according to operational needs and provider retention schedules
  • Marketing information until consent is withdrawn or the person unsubscribes

Reader Content is not intentionally retained by The Living Architecture LLC after the active Reader session, except where information is voluntarily copied into a support message or another stored communication.

Deletion requests may not apply to information we are legally required to retain.

12.International Data Transfers

The Living Architecture LLC and some service providers operate in the United States and other countries.

Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards used by our service providers.
