Refund Policy

The Source Codes™ products are digital products.

Access is delivered after purchase through one or more of the following:

• Private library access
• Downloadable files
• Account-based access
• Reader access instructions
• Email confirmation
• Digital bonuses or companion materials

Because digital files and access cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are generally final.

We do not offer refunds because:

• You changed your mind
• You purchased the wrong access level
• You did not use the product
• You did not download the product
• You did not read the materials
• You did not access the Online Reader
• You disagree with the framework
• You expected a specific result
• You did not experience a particular outcome
• You no longer want the product after access was granted

The Source Codes™ materials are provided for educational, self-inquiry, personal reflection, and consciousness exploration purposes only.

No specific result, outcome, experience, healing, financial result, relationship result, body-related result, emotional result, business result, spiritual result, life change, or external change in circumstances is promised or guaranteed.

Your experience may vary.

Refunds are not granted based on whether a specific result, shift, experience, or outcome did or did not occur.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

• You were charged twice for the same product
• You purchased and never received access due to a verified technical issue
• We are unable to resolve a verified access issue within a reasonable period
• A refund is required by applicable law

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be considered unless required by applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access for verified purchasers.

Failure to download, save, open, read, use, or complete the materials does not qualify as lack of delivery.

You are responsible for downloading and saving any purchased digital files you wish to keep.

Private library access is provided for convenience. It is not sold as permanent or lifetime hosting of files.

We may update, move, replace, restructure, or discontinue access systems over time.

Some purchases may include complimentary access to The Source Codes™ Online Reader for a limited period, such as six months from purchase.

Online Reader access is a bonus feature unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Online Reader access is not separately refundable.

Failure to use the Online Reader during the access period does not qualify for a refund.

We are not responsible for lost Reader entries, unsaved outputs, local browser issues, device issues, or user failure to save materials.

Bonuses may include digital materials, worksheets, overlays, Reader access, companion resources, events, community access, or other promotional materials.

Bonuses are not separately refundable and have no independent cash value unless expressly stated at checkout.

We may update, replace, or remove bonuses at our discretion.

Founding Experiencer, beta, early-access, private session, live support, monthly meetup, WhatsApp group, or community-based offers are separate from the public self-guided digital products unless expressly stated at checkout.

Those offers may include different access, pricing, support, timing, and refund terms.

Purchasing a public digital product does not include private sessions, monthly meetups, WhatsApp group access, live support, or direct access to the creator unless expressly included in the offer purchased.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first, your account access may be paused or suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

We reserve the right to provide the payment processor, bank, or card network with evidence of purchase, account access, delivery, download availability, checkout consent, this Refund Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times depend on the payment processor, your bank, and your card issuer.

Refund approval may result in removal of access to the purchased product, private library, downloads, Reader access, and related bonuses.
